Not Kung fu Tourism. Living Kung Fu
Ancient Shaolin and Meihua Quan practice for modern students seeking strength, discipline, energy, health, and a deeper way of life.
We are a Government Recognized and Regulated Kung Fu Training Center for Foreigners in China. We focus on the traditions and practices of living kung fu.
We are not a Kung-Fu Tourism company
Our training is guided by the Songshan Shaolin Temple lineage of Shifu Shi Yanjun, a 34th Generation traditionally trained Shaolin master who received his training at the Songshan Shaolin Temple in Henan, China, and carries direct Shaolin martial arts lineage.
Shifu Shi Yanjun is also a 17th Generation Inheritor of Meihua Quan and our school is the official representative of the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Xingtai Meihua Quan Inheritance Association to preserve and transmit Meihua Quan as part of China’s living martial arts heritage.
We are a registered independent martial arts training center located at the Meihua Ancient Village, Xingtai, China.
Shifu also holds formal credentials as a wushu coach, Meihua Quan university professor, Wushu National and International referee, qigong and wellness coach, and traditional martial arts teacher.
We are not a tourism company or generic kung-fu package program.

Shifu Shi Yanjun teaches kung fu more than martial arts.
To him, kung fu is a way of living - a daily practice for strengthening the body, steadying the mind, building energy, and cultivating character through repetition, discipline, humility, and presence.
His work carries traditional Shaolin and Meihua Quan practice into the modern world without turning it into performance, fitness trends, or spiritual theater.
Students come to him to learn forms, movement, and training methods.
But what he is really guiding is deeper: how to return to practice, how to meet difficulty, how to build strength without aggression, and how to let kung fu shape the way you live. This is the heart of Living Kung Fu.
